I Feel Like I've Been Here Before

“I FEEL LIKE I’VE BEEN HERE BEFORE” is a small collection of photos from my trip to Cuba in 2017.

It was my first time using a 35 mm & my roll was accidentally exposed at the beach when I went to change it one day.

I was initially upset at the destroyed roll but as I read the prompt for October’s submission I couldn’t help but revisit the photos that I now believe reflected my memories of Cuba—fast, familiar & dream like.

Edited on photoshop for some additional digital distortion. I intend to evoke feelings of dream like familiarity & déjà-vu.
